Hampton Inn Batavia

The kids loved playing in the pool and we all enjoyed breakfast, especially the waffles. The staff was friendly, helping us with everything we needed as we traveled with our large dog.

My children wished for more dining options on-site.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers good internet access, free parking, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

Nothing to dislike!

Although the room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly, there were several disappointments. The breakfast was underwhelming, with a lack of hot items, and the pool was unexpectedly closed. It felt like the hotel didn't fully meet the standards expected of a Hampton Inn.

everything was great! I especially appreciated the desk clerk providing us with hot water for tea when the pot was empty in the late afternoon. The breakfast was fabulous.

The beds were great but I like firmer pillows.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge inside the king room were handy. Location: the hotel was short walk to Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario and business center and shopping centers.

There was food and fruit in my room refrigerator ....gross!!! Mgr claimed she checked the room "recently".... Would have gotten discount but pre-paid.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, especially with their dinner recommendations. The variety at breakfast, including a waffle maker, made the mornings good.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn in Batavia a number of times and am always very pleased with staff, facilities, everything!! It is a very easy off and on from the thruway and every time I've stayed, the facility is immaculate! Thank you and keep up the good work!!

The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. We have stayed in a few different Hampton Inn and each time has been a good experience.

Nice place, but some bumps

The staff were friendly, and the room was super cozy with comfy pillows. Breakfast had great options, and there was a delicious waffle maker! The only hiccup was that I had to wait a bit for check-in. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Couple getaway, not quite what we hoped

So, I have to say, the breakfast area was a highlight! Jessie, she was working hard and always had a smile, like she genuinely cared about everyone. The new cereal dispensers? A game changer! And the flavored waffles. Pretty good. Made the mornings a bit better. The pool was nice too. Just perfect for unwinding after a long day. But let's not get too sentimental.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but we figured it was acceptable with the amenities we expected.
